Fred R. Sutton Real Estate Services LLC was founded in 1989 with the guiding principal of respectfully providing our clients quality real estate services to help them achieve their stated goals. Since then, we have been building long-term relationships with our existing clients, and developing solid relationships with new clients.  With each client, our approach is:

Since the business was formed, our client portfolio has steadily increased to include a very diverse base of healthcare clients which include dentists, medical doctors, optometrists and other professionals in the healthcare industry. And as the firm has grown, it has expanded its scope of services to better serve our client needs. Today, it not only provides commercial real estate services for leasing engagements, financing, property acquisitions, land and building development, but it also represents clients for their practice transition services. And most recently, the firm has developed a strategic partnership with a capital group that provides the capital and expertise to form private commercial real estate investment opportunities for our valued established clients. By creating these investment opportunities, our clients are able to invest in the property they occupy and secure a financial return on their investment.

For the past 15+ years, the firm has developed a growing relationship with the Baylor College of Dentistry, and has been invited to be an ongoing speaker to the Baylor College of Dentistry AEGD class and to the Pediatric Dentistry class on such topics as “Opening a New Dental Office – A Roadmap to Success,” “Critical Relationships for Long-Term Success, and “Critical Issues when Buying a Practice.” The firm has also been a speaker for the 4th District Texas Dental Association on such topics as “Commercial Real Estate: Leasing versus Property Ownership,” and for the Denton County Dental Society on “Buying Land for a Dental Office Building,” and “Critical Issues when Securing a New Loan.” The firm has also been invited to speak and has made presentations to the University of North Texas Pre-dental Student Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), The New American Network (NAN), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Patterson Dental Supply, Midwest Dental Supply and Burkhart Dental Supply, national healthcare lenders and other business and healthcare organizations.

Looking forward, the firm is growing with new clients and with its strategic business relationships with different healthcare service providers, which include dental supply firms, medical supply firms, law firms, CPA firms, healthcare lenders, capital sources for private real estate investments, healthcare insurance providers, architects and engineers, interior designers, general contracts (both shell and interior) and financial planners. Collectively, this “Collaborative Team” approach continues to provide exceptional results for our clients.
