Robert C Armstrong is a Senior Vice President with Fred R. Sutton Real Estate Services LLC, and is actively representing dentists, medical doctors and other healthcare professionals that are looking to lease office or retail space, purchase property or condominium office space or buy land for their own ground up development. With a strong background in financial services, he is continually working with clients to determine, negotiate and secure their capital requirements, which would include such items as start up loans, property and practice acquisition loans, construction loans, debt restructuring or other client loan requirements.
Robert is a contributor and ongoing speaker for the Baylor College of Dentistry in the Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD) program and the Pediatric Dentistry program. Presentations to both dental groups include such topics as “Opening a New Dental Office: A Roadmap to Success,” “Critical Relationships for Long-Term Success,” and “Critical Issue when Purchasing a Practice.” He has also been a speaker for the Denton County Dental Society and presented such topics as “Buying Land for a Dental Office Building,” and “Critical Issues when Securing a New Loan.” Robert is also a founding member of the Coalition of Dental Advisors (CODA), which is a unique group of professionals providing a multi-disciplined approach to educating clients and other service providers throughout the greater DFW dental community.
As an advocate for his clients, Robert is fully supportive of his client’s goals and is committed to protecting and serving their best interest at all times. Additionally, he is exceedingly service-oriented and is committed to making sure his clients have an exceptional experience with extraordinary results.
Robert is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an internationally recognized designation as an expert in commercial real estate. With Robert, his expertise is working with healthcare clients that need commercial real estate services and financing. He is a graduate of Florida State University and prior to joining the firm was a Managing Partner for a national financial services company. In addition to quality time with the family, Robert enjoys playing golf, tennis and reading a favorite book (historical fiction or anything by Malcolm Gladwell.)
